Personal Data We Collect
The RePoint Apps/Add-ins creates a trial license on our license server where it logs the public IP address and URL of the SharePoint where the app is installed. In addition we log the browser details available to us (which browser, version, platform (operating system) etc.).
One-time data collection during product registration:
- Name and Email of the admin user for the product registration
- Domain Name
- IP address of the computer downloading the add-in.
- Your location i.e. City, Region, Country Zip and Time zone.
For RePoint Anniversaries, RePoint Panorama and RePoint Infoscreen we collect:
- Date and time of your visit
- Any created pages within the add-in
- Data relating to issues or bugs occurring when using the add-in
- Data about how frequently you use them.
The RePoint website(s) collect usage information for internal usage only.
How We Use Personal Data
We use the data we collect to provide you the products we offer, which includes using data to improve and personalize your experiences. We also may use the data to communicate with you, during support consulting or troubleshooting sessions and sharing new product updates with you. However, we do not use what you say or write in email, chat, video calls or voice mail, or your documents, photos or other personal files to target third party ads to you.
As you are our valuable customer, we may use your organization name and logo on our customer list.
Do We Share Personal Data?
We do not sell or give the information to any third party and it is used only internally at extri:co a/s and the RePoint team.
